1.Outline Drawing using Line の Top View

2.Extrude it.

3.Draw and Extrude the circle to become a cylinder.

4.Create-Geometry-Compound Object-Boolean-Subtraction(A-B)-Pick Operand B.

5.And create holes through the object.

6.After done one part of it and Copy (ctrl+v) it.

7.Start moving and turning the object. 

8.Done with the arrangement.

9.Render with my favourite color ❤ purple.
